6 The OA system provides you with a high level of functionality to view and edit the assessments for which you are responsible.

8 Once you select an assessment from one of the assessment sidebar options, the system will present the following:

19 1. **Assessment information**: top left pane - information about the assessment and assessor and approval status
20 1. **Client information**: top right pane - information about the client who is the subject of this assessment
21 1. **Main assessment information**: middle pane - the CANS/ANSA categories and individual survey items and scores
22 1. **Caregiver assessment information**: bottom pane - able to add or delete caregivers using "+" or "-" options
