7 The OA system provides you with a high level of functionality to view and edit the assessments for which you are responsible.

9 Once you select an assessment from one of the assessment options from the "Measurement Tools," the system will present the following:

18 1. **Assessment information**: top left pane - information about the assessment and assessor and approval status
19 1. **Client information**: top right pane - information about the client who is the subject of this assessment
20 1. **Main assessment information**: middle pane - the CANS/ANSA categories and individual survey items and scores
21 1. **Caregiver assessment information**: bottom pane - able to add or delete caregivers using "+" or "-" options

23 i. Caregiver list: bottom left pane - list of caregivers associated with this client
