Help - Assessment Presentation Overview

The OA system provides you with a high level of functionality to view and edit the assessments for which you are responsible. 

Once you select an assessment from one of the assessment sidebar options, the system will present the following:

The assessment page contains the following areas:

  1. Assessment information: top left pane - information about the assessment and assessor and approval status
  2. Client information: top right pane - information about the client who is the subject of this assessment
  3. Main assessment information: middle pane - the CANS/ANSA categories and individual survey items and scores
  4. Caregiver assessment information: bottom pane - able to add or delete caregivers using "+" or "-" options

            i. Caregiver list: bottom left pane - list of caregivers associated with this client         

            ii. Caregiver assessment: bottom right pane - assessment scores for this caregiver
