karimpirani 6.2 4 Action Plans allow you to create a personalized plan of action for each of your clients. Each client Action Plan allows you to record the following information:

36 The Action Plan Data tab is where you can record all details about instruments, goals, and services. Each of these 3 sections is described below:

40 **Instrument Items**: Assessment instruments, incidents and other presenting issues that are recorded in the system may be selected for inclusion in an Action Plan. Click on the green "+" icon to open the "Instrument" selection menu:

karimpirani 6.2 44 Select each instrument item to be included in this Action Plan and click on the "Add Item" icon
karimpirani 6.3 45 After clicking on the OK button, you may select a specific instrument item to provide further detail. Note: the yellow icon represented by an exclamation point serves as a useful tool to extrapolate any potential danger areas in terms of responses to questioning, as it lists all responses of "2" or "3"

49 **Goals**: This section allows you to define the specific goals that this Action Plan is designed to achieve

51 Goal items are defined by your system administrator under the Administration - Taxonomy area.To select a goal for this Action Plan, click on the Goals area to expand the Goals section, then click on the green "+" icon
karimpirani 6.2 52 Select a goal by clicking on the "+" next to the Goals data area, then pick a goal from the set.Enter Date, Notes, and Status and click on OK to save this goal to this Action Plan.
