Client Data Review/Approval/Rejection
Reviewing and Approving or Rejecting an Assessment
After an assessment has been filled out and submitted by a worker, the worker's supervisor will have the opportunity to review it for completeness and accuracy. If the supervisor finds the survey sufficiently complete and accurate, s/he can approve it. If the supervisor finds the survey insufficiently complete or accurate, s/he can reject it. In this latter case, the survey will be marked as "Returned" on the worker's View All (CANS/ANSA) inbox.

Review/Approval/Rejection Workflow Procedure
The supervisor may open a survey for review by first clicking on "Approve CANS" (or other assessment) from the supervisor's homepage.
This will cause the inbox area to display a list of all Submitted assessments from clients assigned to the supervisor's workers.
Select a survey by double-clicking on the desired item to display a summary view of the survey.
The following options are available:
1. Approve - This will mark the survey as "Approved". After a survey is approved, it is no longer editable.
2. Reject - This will mark the survey as "Returned." The worker will see this survey in their inbox with this Returned status.
3. All Client Data View options are also available.
