8 The OA system provides you with a high level of functionality to view and edit the assessments for which you are responsible.

10 Once you select an assessment from one of the assessment options from the "Measurement Tools," the system will present the following:

20 1. **Assessment information**: top left pane - information about the assessment and assessor and approval status
21 1. **Client information**: top right pane - information about the client who is the subject of this assessment
22 1. **Main assessment information**: middle pane - the CANS/ANSA categories and individual survey items and scores
23 1. **Caregiver assessment information**: bottom pane - able to add or delete caregivers using "+" or "-" options
