Help - Assessment Presentation Overview

SMR provides you with a high level of functionality to view and edit the assessments you are responsible for. 

Once you select an assessment from one of the assessment sidebar options, SMR will present the following:

The assessment page contains the following areas:

  1. Assessment information - top center pane - information about the assessment and assessor
  2. Client information - top right pane - information about the client who is the subject of this assessment
  3. Main assessment information - middle pane - the CANS/ANSA categories and individual survey items and scores
  4. Caregiver assessment information - bottom pane

            i. Caregiver list - bottom center pane - list of caregivers associated with this client         

            ii. Caregiver assessment - bottom right pane - assessment scores for this caregiver
