5 * Responsibility Creation involves relating staff, clients, and organizational units.
6 * It allows you to define responsibility between (Responsibility assignment is what determines "Visibility" of the different organizations (OUs), Client (Consumers or Patients), as well as staff assigned to supervisors and management).
