As you will notice through the instructions below, administering responsibilities is effectively a way to determine various levels of visibility, authority, and credentials for the numerous users in your organization. Through the defining and assigning of responsibilities, Admin Users can essentially dictate the abilities of staff/users at distinct levels. Since this is the case, you must first complete the Role Creation aspect of your organization and then move into this process.
