5 +A user can create/customize a report and save it by the name of their choice that makes sense to them. This way, all the parameters one has used to create a report can be saved so this report can easily be generated again the same way. Of course, some of the report information may change if it is run at a later day, as more activity has occurred that will impact the data shown. The Report “Name” and “Description,” as well as the report specifics, are completely determined and configured by each individual system user. There is not report sharing or scheduling- in this basic configuration.

9 +* {{id name="OLE_LINK19"/}}Now a report (% style="background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245);" %)can be configured and saved with a name, so it does not need to be created from scratch (% style="background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245); line-height: 19.090908px" %)every time(% style="background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245);" %) the user chooses to run this report again in the future. All the report parameters can be saved.
10 +* (% style="font-size: 13.63636302947998px; background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245);" %)To run open-ended report such as “Quarter to Date” or “Year to Date” reports, the ending date can now be the ending date, even if it is in the future.
11 +** (% style="font-size: 13.63636302947998px; background-color: rgb(245, 245, 245);" %)For example: “Q1-2014 Outcome Snapshot OU 2” can be saved with a starting date of 1/1/2014 and an ending date of 3/30/2014. When this report is run on 2/5/2014, it will bring up all information in the system for that time period from 1/1/2014 to 2/5/2014. If run on 3/8/2014, it will bring up all information from 1/1/2014 to 3/8/2014, without creating a completely separate report. Please remember that the data in the exact same “saved report” will be different when run on a different date due to additionally activity in the system for the later date.
