Since newly generated reports often open in a new tab or window (depending on your browser settings), pop-up blockers may interfere with you being able to view the report. To avoid this problem, simply disable the pop-up blocker for the OA system's website. You can do this several ways, but perhaps the easiest is if you click on the window with an 'x' icon in the upper right hand corner of your url bar and choose the option that allows pop-ups for the OA site.
