5 What is a Progress Note?

7 Progress Notes allow you to record snapshot status about specific items in the Action Plan. Each client Action Plan can have one or more Progress Notes, and each Progress Note allows you to record the following information:

9 1. Notes - this is an open ended text area where you can record anything about this client's progress
10 1. Issues Addressed - this is a selectable list of the Instrument Items, Goals, and Services identified for this Action Plan.

18 * On the Action Plan display, click on the "+" sign above the "Action Plan" text in the center of the screen

22 * A Progress Note will be automatically created with the current date and time of creation.
23 * Enter notes about current progress on this Action Plan, and select one or more items from the Issues Addressed list

27 * If additional Instrument Items, Goals, or Services need to be included, you can simply click on the "+" sign below the "Issues Addressed" text to add another item.

33 To remove a Progress Note, click on the Progress Note you wish to delete, then click on the "-" above the "Action Plan" text in the center of the screen.
