2 **Help page for the Client Assessment Data View Options Page**

6 The Client Assessment Data View Options page allows you to **view **detailed assessment ratings and notes for one of your clients.

10 When you first select a assessment (e.g. CANS as shown in the set of figures below) , you will see it in condensed format:

22 ~1. The entire assessment can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the "+" or "-" in the assessment header bar of the assessment page.

24 2. Each category section of the assessment can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the "+" or "-" next to the category name.

32 3. Print the assessment by clicking on the printer icon in the assessment header bar of the assessment page

34 3.1 Print complete - launches the OA-SMR report system to display a complete assessment
