Algorithm – Client Scores by OU

Description

Displays an assessment and its corresponding algorithm score per line.  Assessments are grouped hierarchically by Organizational Unit (OU) followed by Client.  If more than one algorithm is chosen in the report selection parameters, then all assessments will be listed multiple times – one time for each algorithm score selected.

Selection Parameters

  • Algorithms – one or more Published algorithms – at least one required
  • Start Date – starting date of period in which assessment dates must fall – not required
  • End Date – ending date of period in which assessment dates must fall – not required
  • Limit Results to Latest Assessment – specifies that most recent assessment for each client will be chosen
  • Organizational Units (OU) – OUs within which the assessment was completed – at least one required

Algorithm – Fidelity Check

Description

Displays an assessment and its corresponding algorithm classification per line.  Assessments are sorted by the column chosen (most probably Score) and sorted in the Sort Order selected.

  • Sort Column – determines which column will be used to sort the data of the report
  • Sort Order – indicates whether the sorting is ascending or descending
  • Organizational Units (OU) – OUs within which the assessment was completed – at least one required

Algorithm – Fidelity Comparison Check

Description

Predecessor to the Algorithm – Inline Scores by Client report below.  This roport groups multiple algorithm scores for a client into a group of rows with one row per algorithm score/classification.  Row groups are sorted by client Id.

Algorithm – Inline Scores by Client

Description

Successor to the 'Algorithm - Fidelity Comparison Check' report.  Rather than displaying one assessment/algorithm score combination on a line, the Inline Scores By Client report groups multiple algorithm scores for a client into a single row with extra columns added and varying depending on the number of algorithms selected.  Rows are sorted by client Id.  If more than one assessment shares the most recent date, then both assessments will be listed, each with its own corresponding algorithm scores.

Algorithm – Summary by OU

Description

Displays summary algorithm information for a set of Organizational Units.  Based on the algorithms selected each Organizational Unit (OU) group will have one line per algorithm classification.  On that line will be the total number of assessments that fell into the particular classification, followed by the average algorithm score within that classification.  If no assessments were found to have had a particular classification, a line is not included for that classification.
